All bookings are subject to availability. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an email with your booking details. A valid credit card or payment method is required to complete the booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your tour without prior notification, no refund will be provided. Weather Cancellations: In case of tour cancellation due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. The total price includes all applicable taxes and fees unless specifically stated otherwise. Additional services may incur extra charges.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff. Dubai Tours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. For desert safari and adventure tours, participants must meet minimum age and health requirements. Please inform us of any medical conditions prior to booking. Photography and videography are permitted unless otherwise stated. However, drones are not allowed on our tours without prior authorization.

Dubai Tours carries comprehensive insurance for all tours and activities. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the participant. We recommend not bringing valuable items on tours. In no event shall Dubai Tours be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Dubai Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. If significant changes are made, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund. Minor changes to pickup times or routes do not entitle participants to a refund.
